Return Policy
We hope you never need this information but in life, things happen and we will do what we can to make it right.
Cancellation
Cancellations will not be accepted once items have been ordered or printed. If you need to cancel, please email egadsonline@gmail.com, or respond to your order confirmation email right away to avoid missing the ability to cancel your order. Any cancellations requested after an order has been processed (blank items have been ordered) is subject to a 20% restock fee.
Returns
Due to the nature of custom printed items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of any items unless the merchandise is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In addition, please note that sizing can vary between body types and styles. If you have any questions about how a garment may fit, please be consulted by the items size chart on the side of each product on our website, or email us at egadsonline@gmail.com
We cannot be responsible for the purchase of incorrect sizes and will not be able to accept returns for this reason once the garments are printed.
If your items are misprinted, materially flawed, or defective in any way, please contact us at egadsonline@gmail.com within 7 days from receipt of merchandise and we will be happy to arrange for a return, reprint, or credit. Please provide your order number with all correspondence.
Timed Stores
Please note that stores that have a set time limit are subject to minimum order requirements and if those are not met at the time the store closes we will work with our point of contact to either cancel and refund orders, or in most cases, extend the store. We will update the date on the site if the store is extended and will still work to try to have orders ready as soon as possible after the final closure of the store.
